The outside of the fleece is a little long and firm, while the fleece from UNIQLO usually gives the impression of being stiff and coarse.

It doesn’t let air through at all, so if you wear it over a sweatshirt, it’s an excellent outer layer even in winter when the temperature is around 5 degrees Celsius. I survived the San Francisco winter (around 5 degrees Celsius) in this jacket. If you wear a rain jacket on top to enhance the warmth of the jacket, I think it can withstand temperatures in the minus range.
The length is a little long and the sleeves and hem are narrowed, but the single zipper makes the hem a little too loose when I close the zipper. However, considering the original purpose of this garment, I think it is a good length for protection from the cold.
I have long arms and the sleeves are often a little short, but even for me, the arm length is good enough to wear with a little room to spare.
There is one pocket on each side and one on the chest. There are no pockets on the inside. Each pocket has enough space for a cigarette, lighter, portable ashtray, etc. I am a smoker.
It fits me with long sleeves and trainers. It is difficult to put more inside.
I thought it would be durable since it is made by patagonia, but it ripped on the side when I tried to take it off forcibly in the car. I was quite disappointed because I liked it a lot and it was a good price, but I had bought it while I was living in the U.S., so I went to the store and they replaced it even though it had been more than a month since I bought it. In the U.S., as long as you keep the receipt, they will exchange it even if it is broken, you don’t like it, or some other quite unreasonable reason. When I said, “It’s broken,” they said, “Well, that’s hard, isn’t it? What color do you want? What size? I was surprised for that. (It was originally a different color, but since it was a good opportunity, I changed the color to the one mentioned above.)
Excellent outerwear, although it will tear if you treat it roughly thinking it’s patagonia. I am glad I bought it. If your body shape is similar to mine, size S is best. However, I think the size S fits best for a 175cm tall person.

The company is also putting tremendous effort into environmental conservation, such as using recycled materials for 66% of its materials (by 2021) and setting a goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2025. The representative work is the Classic Retro X shown on this page, which I personally have not had much interest in because of the image of its many simple designs, but when I saw the Classic Retro X, I bought it on impulse.
